Position Summary:


The campus Title I Interventionist/Engagement Specialist provides specialized instruction and intervention to identified students struggling in core content areas, monitors student progress through quantitative and qualitative measures, and provides recommendations regarding adjustments to student instructional plans. This position will also assist in coordinating campus-wide activities by serving as a liaison between the school administrators, faculty, staff, students’ parents and families, the community, and district leadership. This key position will improve communication between the school and the students’ parents and families; promote parent and family engagement in their children’s education, help increase attendance, truancy prevention; and encourage greater community involvement in the school.
