Position Summary:


Assist Campus Director with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program, Truancy, and other daily operations.


Qualifications:
 
Education/Certification:

  • One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • School office experience helpful (preferred) 

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents
  • Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Communicate effectively with Parents, Students, and Campus Staff via email, telephone, and fax in person in a professional manner.
  • Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines. Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration
  • Answer telephone to provide information, take message, or transfer calls
  • Assist principal with truancy procedures.
  • Maintain calendar of school events
